Category A
Eyelids:
Entropion - eyelid curls under and grows in toward eye, eyelashes could  scratch iris.
Ectropion - eyelid curls up, exposing underside of lid.
Distichiasis - eyelashes grow from an abnormal spot on the eyelid
Ectopic cilia - eyelashes grow from an abnormal spot on the eyelid
Eury/Macroblepharon - Abnormally large eyelid opening

Category B
Third Eyelid:
Cartilage anomaly/eversion - scroll-like curling of the cartilage, usually averting the margin
Prolapsed gland - protrusion of the tear gland associated with the third eyelid

Category C
Cornea:
Corneal dystrophy (epithelial/stromal) - Opacity in one or more of the layers of the cornea
Corneal dystrophy (endothelial) - a build-up of fluid in the cornea (corneal edema) which clouds the cornea
Inherited/Pannus - ongoing inflammation of the cornea
Exposure/Pigmentary Keratitis - corneal disease resulting from a combination of shallow orbits, excessive exophthalmia, macroblepharon and lagophthalmos

Category D
Iris:
Iris/Ciliary Body Cyst - cysts that form on the iris or ciliary body
Iris Coloboma - congenital defect in the structure of either the eyelid or the eye
Persistent pupillary membrane iris to iris - blood vessel remnants in the anterior chamber of the eye which fail to regress normally
Persistent pupillary membrane all others - blood vessel remnants in the anterior chamber of the eye which fail to regress normally
Iris Hypoplasia - underdevelopment of the iris

Category E
Lens:
Cataract*significance unknown - Lens opacity

Category F
Vitreous:
Persistant hyaloid artery - clear gel which occupies the posterior compartment of the eye
Vitreous degeneration syneresis - Objects floating in the vitreous of the eye
Vitreous degeneration ant chamber - vitreous flows to anterior chamber

Category G
Fundus:
Retinal dysplasia-folds - folds in the inner retinal layer
Choroidal hypoplasia - Collie Eye Anomaly
Staphyloma - bulging of the cornea or sclera due to inflammatory softening
Coloboma - hole in one of the structures of the eye
Retinal hemorrhage - bleeding onto the surface of the retina
Micropapilla - smaller than normal optic disc, and is not associated with loss of sight

*Can be caused by an injury and not from a genetic source.
